Standard Delivery
(England,Scotland & Wales) = Next business/working day - Only £2.50
Most orders placed before 1pm Monday- Thursday are delivered next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched either that day or the following day.

Republic of Ireland
Usually 2/3 working days (although some of our many Irish customers have told us orders are delivered next working day)
- Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail or the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and your delivery address.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
- Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
- Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Special Delivery (Delivered to most UK addresses before 1pm next working day) - £5.50
Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays
- From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 1pm (and confirmed by telephone) to ensure delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
- Next Day Delivery orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday, except bank holidays (UK Only). If you order after 4pm on Saturday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
- Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
- Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
- If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
- If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
